If you love apple pie, then you will love this. The recipe only makes one serving, but if you are meal prepping for the week, then you can make a big batch of this recipe, which is breakfast done for the whole week.
Apple Stew Overnight Oats Recipe

Makes one serving
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt (recommend gourmet greek)
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Method
To stew your apple:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Place chopped apple in an ovenproof dish with a 1/4 cup of water and a sprinkle of cinnamon and honey. Bake until soft.
- While Apple is baking, add rolled oats to your container of choice and mix in milk, low-fat yogurt, and chia seeds.
- Top with a layer of stewed apple.
- Place in the fridge and enjoy in the morning.
