Poor diet can lead to numerous problems including chronic diseases and unwanted weight gain.  Through an in-depth consultation and personalised meal plan I can assist you to improve your health and reach your ultimate goal.

Initial nutrition consultation

• This is a 60 minute consultation.
• A detailed assessment is performed including anthropometric measurements (weight, height, waist circumferences,  and if applicable, skin fold measurements), medical history, family history, relevant blood results, current exercise, lifestyle, eating habits and concerns.
• Dietary advice will be provided to ensure you can follow a healthy diet and to address and concerns.
• A meal plan is then calculated according to your assessment and your goals and is emailed to you within a couple of days.

Follow-up nutrition consultations

• This is a 30 minute consultation.
• These consultations are to assess your progress and ensure that your goals are met. They are also there to address any concerns that you may have and make adjustments to the meal plan if needed.
• Progress is monitored by measuring anthropometric measurements as well as assessing dietary and lifestyle improvements.
• These consultations are there to motivate you and keep you on your health path. The goal of  the follow-up consultations are to enable you to implement long term dietary and lifestyle changes to make this way of eating a lifestyle.
