Online Consultation

What does an online consultation include?

 

Online nutrition and lifestyle assessment

  • This is a 60 minute online consultation. I will send you a link to an online meeting or we can do this over the phone.
  • A detailed assessment is performed including medical history, family history, relevant blood results, current exercise, lifestyle, eating habits and concerns.
  • Dietary advice will be provided to ensure you can follow a healthy diet and to address and concerns.
  • You will need to provide your measurements (weight, height and waist circumference).
  • A meal plan can then be calculated according to your assessment and your goals and is emailed to you within a couple of days.

 

Monitoring

  • This is a 20-30 minute online consultation.
  • These consultations are to assess your progress and ensure that your goals are met. They are also there to address any concerns that you may have and make adjustments to the meal plan if needed.
  • Progress is monitored by assessing dietary and lifestyle improvements and checking measurements.
  • These consultations are there to motivate you and keep you on your health path. The goal of  the follow-up consultations are to enable you to implement long term dietary and lifestyle changes to make this way of eating a lifestyle.

We can chat via email or WhatsApp regarding any progress, questions, concerns, and we advise accordingly.
